By completing a purchase at GadgetsandGear.com you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept our billing terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have not read our policies, you can find this information under the “Billing Terms and Conditions” section located in the footer of the website.
A: All orders received between 8:30am-2pm on Monday through Friday (excluding National Holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it may not be processed until the following business day.
Exceptions include items that require building, need customization, or ship directly from the manufacturer. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be processed during the standard business hours mentioned above and submitted to the manufacturer. Once an order is ready to be shipped and the tracking information is available, you will receive an update.
Some surveillance items need to be built upon request and could take up to 48 hours to ship. If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified as soon as possible.
A: Orders placed by New York State Residents will be charged applicable sales tax calculated in accordance with local distribution regulations.
A: Any changes to your order must be submitted prior to shipment. As long as the order has not shipped, we would be happy to make any changes. Feel free to give us a call at 1-800-411-9093, or send an email with your order number and request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

A: Absolutely! Our phones are active from 9am to 5pm EST. Monday through Friday. Call us at 1-800-411-9093 during our specified business hours and our team would be happy to help you get an order placed. We accept all major credit cards over the phone.
Please note: All orders being placed through PayPal must be completed online. Gadgets and Gear does not have access to your private PayPal account information and we will not be able to assist you over the phones.
A: Registration to our site makes your shopping experience faster, easier, and more enjoyable. Registered customers earn Gear Points with every purchase and put them towards future orders, create a wish-list of items to be purchased at a later date, and enjoy the ability to view their order history at any time in the future. Registered customers can also log-in to the site and keep tabs on the status of existing orders!
A: Yes, of course! Simply select “International” at check-out for further information. Please be aware that shipping costs do not include any applicable fees associated with duties and taxes. International shipping costs include the cost to ship only. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the varying import and export policies of each country, Gadgets and Gear Enterprises Corp. holds no responsibility in understanding and implementing these restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs department to verify that the item(s) purchased through GadgetsandGear.com are legally permitted to be delivered.
A: Due to the nature of our Security and Spy products, you have 48 hours from the time your item arrives to test it, inspect it, and determine whether the device is right for you. If you find that the product will not work for your specific situation, Gadgets and Gear MUST be notified by email within the first 48 hours. After 48 hours, you will NOT be eligible for a refund of the product.
Security and Spy products are covered by a 30-365 day limited warranty (depending on the manufacturer) and you may exchange an item found to be defective within the life of the warranty. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on our website.
